I created Beyond English, an 18-month-developed ESL framework for B2–C1 learners, integrating thematic lessons and a 17–19 page interactive handbook to boost fluency, advanced vocabulary, and self-expression, earning praise for its engaging structure and measurable speaking improvements.
Overview
The Beyond English Method delivers intensive, theme‑based, one‑month English programs for upper‑intermediate and advanced learners (B2–C1).
Each monthly cycle combines four structured lessons with a comprehensive digital/printable handbook (“The Monthly”), enabling focused practice in idioms, discourse markers, dynamic verbs, and high‑level vocabulary—all grounded in real‑world topics (e.g. health, imagination, nature, mindset)
Objectives
Accelerate active use of advanced language
Students encounter and deploy idioms, phrases, eloquent verbs, and sophisticated words in a guided, scaffolded sequence.
Build confidence in spontaneous speaking
Coaching‑style questions progress from simple to deeply reflective, encouraging authentic expression.
Deepen topical engagement
A unifying monthly theme motivates learners to explore meaningful content and connect language study with personal insights.
The Monthly Handbook
A 17–19‑page Canva‑designed e‑book (printable or digital) that serves as the learner’s roadmap. It provides clear goals, supports autonomous study, reinforces retention through multi‑modal practice. It includes:

Beyond English Lessons
Facilitated by me 60-min group and individual sessions (online or in person), each devided into 6 sections:
- Revision of prior lesson
- Introduction and practice of two new idioms
- Three discourse markers + exercises
- Four dynamic/“eloquent” verbs + exercises
- Six advanced vocabulary items + exercises
- Comprehensive review & homework assignment
Ensures systematic exposure and spaced repetition; scaffolds complexity; integrates productive skill practice.
