Educational Webinars
Self-Organized, 2021–2025
A series of 11 live ESL webinars designed to educate, engage, and attract new clients through practical language topics and targeted social media promotion.

Overview
Between 2021 and 2025, I independently planned, promoted, and delivered a series of 11 live educational webinars designed for adult ESL learners at an average B2 level. These sessions were created as accessible learning events for both my existing students and broader online audience, offering practical insights into key areas of English grammar and communication. Each webinar served as both a teaching experience and a lead-generation initiative for my language coaching services.
Topics Covered
All English Tenses Explained in 45 Minutes (5 editions)
Small Talk in English: A Practical Guide (4 editions)
English Grammar Simplified (2 editions)
Structure & Delivery
The webinars were delivered via Google Meet and ClickMeeting platforms. Each session ran for approximately 45–60 minutes and included:
A custom slide deck designed in Canva
Interactive explanations and real-life examples
Q&A sessions to address common learner challenges
Promotion & Audience
The events were promoted organically through short-form video content (Reels) on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as via Instagram Stories. The average attendance was around 20 participants per session, with a mix of returning students, brand followers, and newcomers from my online platforms.
Outcomes & Impact
Feedback from participants was consistently positive and included valuable constructive input, helping to refine future sessions. Although not recorded, each webinar helped build community trust, showcase teaching style, and establish brand authority. Importantly, the sessions were successful lead magnets—resulting in new client inquiries and several conversions to long-term English lesson programs.
