Overview
Europejskie Centrum Terapii, a postgraduate institution for craniosacral therapists, commissioned me to design and deliver a 4-hour workshop aimed at helping new therapists build a confident, professional presence online. The workshop was tailored to suit participants with little to no prior experience in branding or digital promotion, with a focus on actionable steps for real-world implementation.
Objectives
Introduce core principles of personal branding and niche positioning for wellness professionals
Equip participants with practical tools for creating engaging content
Demystify social media strategy, focusing on Instagram and website basics
Boost participants’ confidence in marketing themselves ethically and authentically
Workshop Structure
The session combined theory, practical exercises, and live walkthroughs. Key segments included:
Identifying your niche and ideal client
Crafting a value-based personal brand
Creating content pillars and a weekly posting plan
Visual branding tips and Canva demonstrations
Basics of Instagram setup and website structure
Outcomes & Feedback
Attendees left the workshop with personalized strategies, content ideas, and the clarity to begin (or relaunch) their online visibility. Feedback was highly positive, with participants reporting increased motivation and confidence to take the first steps toward building a digital presence. The client expressed strong interest in organizing a follow-up training focused on content creation workflows and audience engagement.
