Series of Educational Workshops
Self-organised, 2017 - 2025
Public workshops about sleep, nutrition, and overall health-related topics.

Overview
Between 2017 and 2025, I independently created and delivered a series of paid public lectures designed to raise awareness and share actionable knowledge on key well-being topics. Aimed at a general audience with a growing interest in personal health, the events provided accessible, evidence-based insights in an engaging, community-oriented format.
Scope & Delivery
Held in a rented workshop space, each session ran for 90 to 120 minutes and combined visual presentations with audience participation. Lecture titles included:
Everything About Sleep
Healthy Sleep Habits
Everything About Vitamins
Managing Your Personal Energy
Sessions were structured around clear visuals, scientific research, and interactive exercises designed to prompt reflection and group discussion. Each lecture concluded with a 20–30 minute Q&A segment, allowing participants to clarify concepts and relate them to their own lives.
Outcomes & Impact
The events consistently drew audiences of around 30 paying participants. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees reporting that the insights helped them implement real, lasting changes. Years later, participants still recall the sessions and their practical value—underscoring the long-term impact of the initiative.
