Leaders Academy

Client: Calendaria Accounting, January 2024

An 8-month internal program designed to prepare high-potential employees for future team leader roles.

Overview

Calendaria Accounting engaged me to support the launch of Leaders Academy, an internal development initiative designed to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles. The program was envisioned as a pilot to cultivate essential team-leading skills among selected staff members.

My Involvement

Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, I helped define the structure, thematic focus, and delivery strategy of the program. My key contribution involved designing and facilitating two high-impact workshops tailored to Calendaria’s values and communication culture:

Leading a Team with Radical Honesty

Providing Feedback Using the FUKO Method

Each workshop was delivered as a 3-hour interactive session combining theory, scenario-based practice, and guided reflection. The content emphasized psychological safety, open communication, and practical feedback tools that participants could implement immediately in their roles.

Outcomes

The workshops were well received, with participants highlighting the clarity of the models, the value of real-life examples, and the opportunity to practice challenging conversations in a safe environment. Leadership reported strong engagement and expressed interest in expanding the program further.
