I’m a Learning & Development specialist passionate about designing experiences that teach, inspire, and transform. With strong background in education, ESL, psychology and coaching, I guide learners and teams to gain practical and theoretical knowledge.
L&D Experience:
Corporate Training development
In 2024 and 2025 I designed and delivered an 8-week industry-specific communications program for Mobile Vikings’ support team.
ESL Methodology development
Overview of my original methodology developed over 18-months using the SAM method. The purpose of this methodology was enabling ESL learners on B2-C1 levels real-life exposure to advanced English in a controlled classroom setting.
ESL Program development
In summer 2024 I created and led a 10-week coaching program blending ESL learning with interpersonal communication training, resulting in strong engagement and positive outcomes for 16 adult learners.
Volunteering Program development
In 2023 I co-created and facilitated a 10-day international youth exchange exploring identity and culture, working with 30 participants from six countries and leading the program’s educational flow and group dynamics.
Leadership Program development
In 2024 I served as a curriculum consultant during the development of an internal leadership program called Leaders Academy for an accounting firm. In addition, I designed and facilitated two interactive leadership workshops and created a comprehensive support handbook to guide continued learning.
Other projects:
Restaurant in Vietnam
In 2020, while living in Da Nang, Vietnam, I identified an opportunity in the local food market. I entered into a partnership with a Vietnamese friend and helped her open the first Waffle Restaurant in Da Nang.
Public Workshops & Webinars
Between 2017 and 2025 I planned, created, and delivered a series of five public workshops on topics such as healthy sleep habits, nutrition, and energy management, each attended by approximately 30 participants.
Educational Podcast production
In 2023 co-produced 27 episodes of an economics-based podcast analyzing Polish and global affairs, managing the full production pipeline and running successful social media campaigns.
MBTI Personality Workshop
In 2024 I developed and led an MBTI-based team analysis program for a consulting firm, combining an educational workshop with personalized feedback sessions to support internal restructuring.
Building a Social Media Presence
In 2025 I developed and delivered a 4-hour branding and online strategy workshop for craniosacral therapists, guiding participants through niche discovery, content planning, and Instagram/website setup.
